When I started seventh grade I met Andreas Nyström. He had heard from someone that I played
drums. Andreas played guitar and we started to jam. It didn't take long 'til we were a band. Well,
it was only he and I at the start. We never had a bass player but after a few months we had a
second guitar player, Mattias Ljungström. We changed our name to Grand Marnier and recorded
a demo on our own. The demo is still in my vaults and will probably never see the light of day.
Andreas and Mattias went on to form Naked Lunch as I began to play with Abstraction.
