DECEMBER 23, 2008
2008 is coming to an end and it's been a great year. I want to thank
everyone that I've worked with this year. And to all my new friends that
I've met on the road in 2008, thank you for your support! I wish you all
a Merry christmas and a Happy new year!
New gigs are being booked for next year and some new projects is in the
making. I think next year will be exciting. See you in 2009!

Live at Anchor 1
I will do a just-for-fun gig at Pub Anchor tonight, December 3
with a couple of friends. The line up is:
Dimitri Keiski (Insania) - Lead vocals, Peter Hallgren (Rob Rock) - Guitar,
Erik Mårtensson (Eclipse) - Bass/vocals and myself on drums.
Live at Anchor 2
Europe tribute band Seventh Sign will rock Pub Anchor on December 5-6.
There is a small line-up change this time. Due to other commitments
keyboard player Anders Berlin won't be with us. We will do the two nights
without a replacement, just doing songs that has no keyboards. Because of this
we have decided to do some odd Europe tunes that we haven't played in a

R.O.C.KING again
Tomorrow, Friday, I will do a gig with Sha-Boom in Karlskoga, Sweden.
This will be my first apperance with the band since August and it's always
nice to be back with the band.
On Saturday I'll be in Uppsala, Sweden, with Sabbath The Coverband.

Rock at Sea
Sabbath The Coverband are playing at the Rock at Sea tomorrow night.
The festival takes place on Viking Line, a huge cruising ship that runs from
Stockholm to Helsinki, Finland, and back. Other bands that will appear on
the festival is Blackfoot, Dream Evil, H.E.A.T, Tributallica, Grand Magus

Site update
I got back from Nottingham and the Firefest V last week. I had a great
time. My thanks to Mitch, Tommy and Victor...and to all the fans.

Firefest V
I am very excited to inform that I will play at the Firefest V in Nottingham,
England, on October 26 with american singer Mitch Malloy.
The show will be recorded for a live dvd and we're doing Mitch's debut
solo album straight through. Also in the band is swedish guitar player
Tommy Denander. See you at Firefest!

Live update with a home coming
Finally there's been some more gigs booked. The first one takes place this
upcoming Saturday in Västerås with Ozzy The Coverband. Västerås is the
town were I was born and raised so I'm looking forward to meet my family
and some friends at the gig.
There is also one gig with Sabbath The Coverband booked at Pub Anchor
and Seventh Sign will return to Pub Anchor in December.

PRESS STOP!!! CANCELED DATES
Rockbusters has decided to cancel all future gigs at Patricia. Gigs that has
been booked since May 2008. Due to a major disagreement with the
owner/booker at Patricia Rockbusters finds it impossible to play there.

Last Goodbye (?)
This past Sunday I played the last gig with Royal Hunt, for now.
We played support to Deep Purple in Odense, Denmark, and the gig went
great. There's been talk about some future plans with Royal Hunt and I've
been asked to join. When it's time to reveal the plans, this site is the place
to visit.

AUGUST 1, 2008
Live update
A few more gigs have been booked. The first one is in Norrköping with
Sabbath The Coverband tomorrow night. We will be suported by stoner
rockers Sideburn. I will also join Sha-Boom once again for one gig in August.
Below is the new gigs.
August 2: Sabbath The Coverband at The Crash, Norrköping
August 16: Sha-Boom in Rättvik
September 5-6: Rockbusters at Big Ben, Stockholm

More Royal Hunt
I will do some one offs with Royal Hunt this summer. The first gig is on July
16th as opening act for Alice Cooper. On August 6th and 10th I'll do the gigs
opening for Deep Purple. The shows are in Denmark.
Mark Boals won't be able to participate on these shows due to his previously
arranged commitments. In order to not dissapoint the fans (and promoters
responsible for these shows) Royal Hunt have decided to go ahead and do the
shows with invaluable help from Mats Levén (Krux, ex-Malmsteen, ex-Treat).

End of the road...so far
The European, Russian and Japan tour is done. I've had so much fun on the
tour. It's been great to meet all the fans. A big "thank you sire!" to the band
and everyone in the Royal Hunt camp for taking me on this journey.
I'm doing a couple of one offs with Royal Hunt during the summer. But...
there's more to come....just wait for it.

Home Sweet Home
I'm back home during Royal Hunt's few days off. The audience in Russia
was great, I had so much fun. A big THANK YOU! to the Royal Hunt camp
and the fans for making my birthday in Moscow on May 25 really memorable.
We're going to Japan on Sunday for two shows and then we're at Sweden
Rock Festival on June 6. I will do two gigs at SRF. At 19.30 on June 6 I'll hit
the Tent stage with Sabbath The Coverband.
No Rest For The Wicked
I'll do a special gig tonight with Sabbath TCB at KGB in Stockholm.
Rockbusters have been booked for more gigs this summer. The first one is
on June 8 at the "restaurants days" in Kungsträdgården, Stockholm.
The second gig is a private gig.
I'm doing one gig with Ozzy The Coverband on June 14 in Blomstermåla.

Tour report
The tour with Royal Hunt is going great. Right now we're relaxing in
Denmark before we go to Poland and then Russia. It's been great to meet
the fans of Royal Hunt and they've made me feel very welcomed.
Two shows has been cancelled though. The one in Barcelona and one
show in Russia. But three shows in Denmark has been added. One with
Alice Cooper on July 16 and two shows as special guest to Deep Purple in

Sabbath TCB at Sweden Rock Festival
Sabbath The Coverband won the semi final of Sweden Rock Tribute last
night together with Hindenburg (Led Zeppelin) and Accepted (Accept).
This means that I will play at least two gigs at Sweden Rock Festival. First
with Royal Hunt and then with Sabbath TCB.
The band that wins the final at Sweden Rock gets to play a one hour set at
the Zeppelin stage on June 7.

Sabbath at Tyrol. Tonight!
Tonight Sabbath The Coverband will do a gig at the Sweden Rock Tribute
at Tyrol in Stockholm. It's the semi final of the competition and who ever
wins tonight will be in the final at Sweden Rock Festival on June 6.

Spring Tour with Royal Hunt
I am very happy to reveal that I will join Royal Hunt on their upcoming
world tour. The tour starts in Athens, Greece, on May 7 and ends at
Sweden Rock Festival on June 6. The tour runs through Europe, Russia

Royal Hunt features Andre Andersen on keyboards, ex Yngwie Malmsteen
singer Mark Boals, Per Schelander (House Of Shakira) on bass, Marcus Jidell

We won this part of the competition. This means that we will do the

Introducing: Sabbath The Coverband
On Tuesday April 1 I will appear on Stockholm based radio station
Rockklassiker (Rock Classics) with the new tribute band Sabbath The
Coverband. We'll be on air somwhere between 7.00 and 9.00 in the
morning. As the name hints we pay tribute to Black Sabbath.

Later that day we'll do a show at Pub Anchor as a warm up gig for
an appearance at the Sweden Rock Tribute in Växjö on April 5.

Rockbusters returns to Eskilstuna
This upcoming weekend sees the return of Rockbusters in Eskilstuna,
Sweden. We'll play both Friday and Saturday at Harry's.
We have'nt played at Harry's since December '06 and it feels great to be
back. The last time for us in Eskilstuna was last summer when we did
two outdoor shows.

I'll be at Tyrol, Stockholm, tonight with Metallica tribute band Tributallica.
I am not a member of this band. I only step in for David Wallin who is on a
european tour with Pain.
The Battle Of The Bands is a competition between tribute bands. We will
compete against bands who pays tribute to Guns N Roses, Janis Joplin, Van
Halen and Foo Fighters.

Live at Pub Anchor!
I will do a warm up gig at Anchor tonight with Metallica tribute band
Tributallica. We're playing at the Battle Of The Bands on March 1 at Tyrol
in Stockholm.
This past weekend I did a gig with Marre's Finest at Pub Anchor.
The band featured Marcel Jacob (Talisman, ex-Malmsteen) on bass,
Pontus Norgren (The Poodles, ex-Talisman, ex-Grat King Rat) on guitar
and singer Roger Solander.

New gigs and more to come.
More Rockbusters gigs are booked and there's more to come.
We are happy to comfirm that we will play at Engelen in Stockholm on
March 28-29. This is a new place for us and we are looking forward to
rock there. Also, we'll be back at Harry's in Eskilstuna
on March 14-15.

A new year!
I'm back and looking forward for a great new year. I've updated the
site with new gigs and a new page called "Bands". There you can read more
about my band history past and present. The site is still under construction
but I will update it asap. I will also do some other changes on the site in the
near future.
I will hopefully reveal a few good news for this new year in the upcoming
weeks. But here's one right now:
Seventh Sign will do two gigs at Pub Anchor in January. This is the first time
the band will play together for over a year. As you all know, Seventh Sign is
a Europe tribute band. The other band members are: Erik Mårtensson (Eclipse,
Rockbusters); Magnus Henriksson (Eclipse); Anders Berlin (Shineth) and Andreas
Olsson (Narnia, Rob Rock). Check the live page for more info!
